I would like to thank Astute Network Technology’s assistance in setting up the information technology platforms for my new business office. Shawn met with me to discuss the existing technology and helped evaluate appropriate upgrades. The Astute team assisted in purchasing a network server which they configured before installation. The Astute Network Technology team upgraded my new desktop with a state of the art solid state hard drive and installed the most current Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite. Shawn arrived with his team, installing and networking all the new equipment and software.  They installed redundant and external backup systems for the server along with antivirus software. Additionally, the Astute team made sure all systems functioned properly before leaving. Shawn stayed in touch with me afterwards and resolved the one issue I had using a remote desktop acess.

In summary the work performed by Shawn and his team was timely and extremely professional. When I received the Astute Network Technology invoice I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable charges.
